We use a secure third-party platform as our authorized reseller. This means:
- All payments are processed securely through encrypted infrastructure.
- SmurfScanner does not store your credit card information.
- Refunds are issued directly to your original payment method.
⚠️ Non-Refundable Scenarios
After the specified refund window (14 days) has passed, refunds are generally not provided. Additionally, refunds will NOT be issued for:
- Dissatisfaction with specific match analysis results (our algorithms are based on statistical probability).
- Account bans resulting from violating our Terms of Service.
- Renewals that were not cancelled before the billing cycle date (we send reminder emails for yearly renewals).
